Keith Purser (born 1944) is a well-known painter, collagist and printmaker. He was born in Bromley, Kent, and studied art at Sidcup School of Art 1960-62. His work focuses on landscape and seascape, both figurative and abstract. Many of his subjects are found on the English Channel coast, especially near to Dungeness in Kent and to Rye in East Sussex. Keith Purser has had many solo shows over the years, including at Oliver Contemporary in London SW17 and regularly with Jonathan Clark Fine Art since 1997. He is represented by two works held in the collection of Rye Art Gallery.
