Vanda Harvey (1957-2015) was a well-known painter and printmaker noted for her abstract work. She was born in the Andover district of Hampshire and studied fine art at Kingston Polytechnic 1981-82 and later in Brighton where she gained her Masters Degree in 1988. Her work is held in the collection of the Bank of England Museum (4 acrylic paintings), Coventry University (an oil painting on linen) and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and in many corporate and private collections around the world. She had a studio in north London and at Cromer in Norfolk.
