Title: 'Flowers in a Vase'
Description: An original painting on paper in mixed media (watercolour and gouache), painted quite thickly in places to highlight the areas of white paint in particular, laid to a backboard, and signed by the artist lower right 'NEWCOMBE'. The work is mounted but presently unframed. The painting is in good condition and it is likely to date to the mid 1960s when William Newcombe was working in the UK (he was a Canadian by birth). We can either deliver the painting in its present condition (i.e. without the a frame and glazing) or at additional cost we can have it framed to the customer's requirements.
Size: About 21.2 x 29.0 inches image size and about 27.4 x 34.6 inches in its original mount
