Albert Arratoon Runciman Cummings (1936-2022) was a painter of fantastical subjects in both oil and watercolour. He was born at Aberlady in East Lothian, Scotland, on 20th August 1936 and it appears he resided in East Lothian for his entire life, living at Longniddry, and passing away at Haddington on 22nd June 2022.
