Description: This is an etching with aquatint annotated as 'AP' lower left for an 'Artist's Proof'. It is pencil signed by the artist lower right and dated 1986. This etching is in very good condition. The provenance of this work is the estate of the former Morley College (London) tutor and master printmaker, the late Richard Michell, who in latter years had his home and studio in Dorking, Surrey. He worked on the printing of works by a number of artists including David Hockney OM, CH, RA and Michael Sandle RA.
