Description: This is an etching with aquatint, an uneditioned untitled proof, signed by the artist lower right with his initials. The printed image is is good condition. There is a little printer's ink to the lower margin and some other relatively minor marks also to the margins. The print isn't dated but we think it likely to be from the 1980s. The provenance of this work is the estate of the former Morley College (London) tutor and master printmaker, the late Richard Michell, who in latter years had his home and studio in Dorking, Surrey. He worked on the printing of works by a number of artists including David Hockney OM, CH, RA and Michael Sandle RA.
