Description: An original unframed oil painting on canvas, signed by the artist lower right. There are no labels to identity the exact location but Richard Beer painted extensively in Italy and we think this work is likely to be from the final quarter of the 20th century. It may have been part of the artist's estate after he died in 2017 but we have no specific knowledge on that point. The painting is very large; please note the dimensions. It is in generally good condition save for a few very light marks and a relatively slight depression to the canvas at the left hand edge of the painting (where the building meets the sky).
