Description: A framed original mixed media semi-abstract painting on good quality artist's paper, dated by the artist June '71 at upper right. On the reverse it is titled 'Estuary' followed by the artist's reference 6H171. There is also his further reference there 'OP 2' which may refer to 'oil painting'. It isn't signed. The painting is in good original condition and the media employed by the artist appears to be oil paint, gouache, and ink. Colour retention is very good. The work is glazed and it is housed in a good quality wooden frame which appears to be original to the work. The mount has some staining and would benefit from replacement.
